A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with a very comfortable bed and fridge with milk plus drinks. Peaceful location, at a medium distance from St Arilda Church.

Everything was perfect, had an absolutely amazing stay on a business trip. We were given a double room, it was neat and fashionable. It had a magnificent location - a minute walk from Oldbury Camp. The hotel was in a very very nice area.

The pub atmosphere was lovely, but poor service and limited menu options left us disappointed during the meal. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated room and the charming surroundings.

Nice staff, quirky vibes
The room was gorgeous and spacious with a lovely view. I loved the in-room breakfast setup! But, man, the vibration from below was so annoying and took ages to fix. It kinda ruined the vibe after such a nice start. The staff seemed a bit out of it, though the food was tasty.

Good, Good, Good
My Beautiful Double Room was good-bright, airy, and filled with all the little cozy touches like a coffee maker and fridge. I adored the self-served breakfast, with fresh juices and cereals, allowing me to kickstart my morning at my own pace. The ambiance of the pub, coupled with a warm fire and delicious local dishes, created a magical experience.
would recommend ❤️🌟

This place had a cozy vibe, perfect for walkers with plenty of outdoor seating! The food was amazing, especially the creamy mushroom and brandy chicken dish. I even enjoyed a good panini with Brie and bacon.
felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints

Charming view, Cozy sitting areas, Historic building charm
Noise from external sources can be really disruptive, especially at night!!! A more diverse menu could elevate the dining experience significantly!!!

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a charming view of the garden and surrounding fields. The temperature was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities with ample fresh milk. The DIY continental breakfast setup, with bread, cereals, jams, and a coffee maker, met my needs well.

The room was well-equipped with some nice touches like fancy water and shortbread. The comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. I loved the lovely garden area where I could unwind with a view of the river and enjoy my morning coffee. One small issue was the noise from the kitchen, but it didn't ruin my time at all. 😊

Tranquil rooms with really good food
The self-serve breakfast was a good touch, with a variety of cereals and fresh milk available. The dining experience was complemented by delicious meals, notably the Sunday lunch that exceeded my expectations. One improvement would be better explanation of the breakfast setup upon check-in to enhance the experience.
